Most people live their entire lives muting themselves… but we shouldn’t have to do that.
My job is to help people be more purposeful, awaken to what’s possible in their lives, and become UNMUTED, so they have greater influence and impact at work and in the world.

I spent much of my life being muted. Quiet. “The good girl,” I found validation in societal standards of success. I silenced my joy in favor of hustling, and I didn’t share my singing voice — my greatest passion since childhood— because I was afraid of taking up space and being judged for it. What if I wasn’t good enough? What if I disappointed people? What if I failed?
It wasn’t until I faced significant adversity — being diagnosed with Epstein-Barr Virus and being hit by a pickup truck and suffering a spinal fracture that forced me to pivot my business — that I began to pause, reflect, and activate my own sense of purpose, character, and resilience.
Through those experiences of adversity, I learned that I had a deep well of resilience, hope, creativity, curiosity, and gratitude within me to carry me through challenges. I began to use that to advocate for myself and to find a passion for helping others feel seen, heard, and energized by their life and work. I'm now living my dream of being a keynote speaker and a singer-songwriter, and I'm here to help you unleash what's possible, too.
