[Video] 5 Ways to Reduce Zoom Fatigue

Most of us feel that way.

Here's the 411...

Being on video meetings and calls puts us in a state of "continuous partial attention." We're so distracted by all the moving parts that we're not really focused on any one thing. That, alone, is exhausting!

If we’re not intentional about how we deliver virtual experiences, they can be incredibly draining and distracting.

I've sat through hundreds (if not thousands?) of hours of events as an attendee. I've also facilitated over 150 virtual learning experiences for organizations and their leaders on topics like elevating Employee Engagement in a virtual setting. In every session, I provide tips like the ones in the video and graphics below about how to shift from zoomed out to dialed in.
